This is the latest update package, from May to July 2009 on 11, 2009.
Most of the Hotfix was revealed through individual channels, some of it bugs compatibility and security of Windows 7, a number were released on Windows Update and some have not been released.

After downloading, simply click on the file update.exe, it will automatically install the Hotfix for you.
