Anthony Ellis's Gaining Mass 101 is the one of the internets oldest mass gain programs.
It is a classic.The numbers of those who have followed the program are truly amazing.

Supplements are also covered.
The supplements Anthony takes and recommends are limited to proven performers - no hyped up bank-breakers. While an effective supplement regimen is clearly presented, including different budget-based options, supplementing isn't mandatory with the program.

As Anthony explains, bodybuilding supplements when used properly can help speed up the muscle building process and make sticking to your diet easier.

Fat loss isn't something that immediately enters the mind of those looking to gain weight. Part of learning to gain muscle mass, however, is learning to accept a little fat gain along with the muscle. Of course you don't want to keep the fat, you want to lose it while maintaining the muscle you've gained. Ellis details this part of the process of building the best physique possible.
