The set is presented in a Limited Edition Collector's Tin. Troyal Garth Brooks (born February 7, 1962) is an American country music singer-songwriter. Successfully integrating rock elements into his recordings and live performances, Brooks soon began to dominate the country singles and country album charts and quickly crossed over into the mainstream pop arena, exposing country music to a larger audience than previously thought possible. DVD Features: The collection contains the following previously aired television specials and music videos: Disc 1: This is Garth Brooks! (1992) Disc 2: This is Garth Brooks, Too! (1994) Disc 3: Live from Dublin (1997) Disc 4: Live from Central Park (1997) Disc 5: Video Greatest Hits (1989-2005) Discs 1, 2, 3 and 4 each contain an edited edition of a previously-aired Garth Brooks television special. References to Brooks' ex-wife Sandy Mahr have been edited out of all four specials, as have most of her likenesses, save a rare brief shot on disc 3. Disc 5 contains a collection of Brooks' music videos, spanning from his first major label album release in 1989, to his last new collection in 2005. They each contain the main programme content, two bonus songs, and a photo montage. Disc 1 contains the programme This is Garth Brooks!, which originally aired on NBC-TV in November 1992. The programme is mostly uncut from its original airing, with the exception of the aforementioned removal of references to Brooks' ex-wife. Two songs were also removed from the programme, and placed in the special features category. Disc 2 contains the programme This is Garth Brooks, Too!, a follow-up to the previous show, which originally aired on NBC-TV in 1994. This programme has been more heavily-edited than the first, as it was re-edited from the original master tapes to allow different camera angles and sequencing. Several songs were added, and the tracklist has been restructured to more accurately follow the show as it played live. Disc 3 contains the programme Garth Live from Ireland, which was originally entitled Garth Brooks: Ireland and Back and aired on NBC-TV on 4 March, 1998. This programme suffers the most editing of the four in this set, as originally it contained the programme as seen on the disc, and then an additional 20+ minutes of then-new material from Brooks' album Sevens which featured several guest stars. The latter portion is excised in its entirety from this DVD edition. Disc 4 contains the programme Garth Live in Central Park, which broadcast on the HBO cable network on 7 August 1997. The programme on this DVD edition is largely uncut from its original broadcast, though several bonus songs from the original VHS release are not included. Disc 5 contains 15 music videos, from 8 of Brooks' 10 studio album (except Ropin' the Wind and the Chris Gaines release) released from 1989 to 2005, one from the 1998 Box set The Limited Series and one from his Double Live album. The first four discs each offer the programme in original Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo surround, and DD 5.1 surround. Each also contains a 10-12 minute photo montage, and two additional songs, though one of the discs, the songs are merely deleted from the original full-length programme and placed in special features. Country Music DVDR ISO  Martina McBride - Greatest Hits Video Collection DVDR ISO Product Description A collection of music videos on DVD is a great idea for any artist, but none more deserving than Martina McBride. Kansas-bred beauty Martina McBride has been one of the queens of the new country genre since her debut in 1993. The recipient of numerous CMT Awards and a pro at alternating between traditional country themes like lost loves with more contemporary ones like abused women. GREATEST HITS VIDEO COLLECTION is a compilation of McBride's most popular videos and includes "Whatever You Say, "Cheap Whiskey" and "The Time Has Come." This is an excellent way to watch whichever Martina video you want, whenever you want, not just when the music video channels feel like playing them. As with most music DVDs, this dvd not only as a collector's item, but also to learn more about the artist and what went into creating the music videos. I give a solid A-rating to the songs and the quality of the videos, with special note to the outstanding imagery and story-telling in a song like "Independence Day," "Wild Angels," "A Broken Wing," "Love's the Only House," and "Cheap Whiskey." The option of watching the tracks with or without the commentary between them is a good feature. The CMT interview footage are great and really make the DVD much more than just a video collection. For a compilation of Martina McBride's greatest hits, it seems odd to me that six albums worth of music could only produce the eleven videos found on this DVD (two are even listed as "bonus" tracks). He is great, romantic, and very carismatic. Kenny Rogers: Live by Request (2001) is an hour and a half of the country artist's greatest hits and audience favorites backed by a tight and smooth band. Starting with an upbeat "Islands in the Stream" (solo, no Dolly), he sets the pace for a lively, friendly show. Following the usual format of A&E's Live by Request series, fans from North America call in to talk to Kenny and ask him to sing a song for them. Seventeen songs are featured, including "Daytime Friends," "Lucille," "Lady," "Coward of the Country," "We've Got Tonight," "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town," "Love Will Turn You Around," and, of course, "The Gambler." Kenny fans will adore this easygoing performance of popular tunes. I think it will be better to make it with only song tracks. On conclusion this is the only available DVD for this great singer.
