After Downloading the part 1 and 21 rename then to Sims3-Repack.partxx_-warez-arena.net.rar
[xx is the part no.]

HOW TO CHANGE LANGUAGE

Open up "regedit.exe" and click on the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" tab and click on "SOFTWARE" and find "Sims" folder which has "The Sims 3" inside.

Now, theres 2 files you have to edit.

1. Country - This is set to RU, just open and change it to EN.
2. Locale - This is set to ru=RU, edit it and change it to en=EN.


PROBLEM SOLVED, btw,  install in Russian first, and then edit these files and the language of the game will be english.
