I tried using the serials from the keygen while i'm online and offline, still won't work. When i'm offline the installation does not continue because it needs internet access, and when i'm online the registration code is invalid.

It works just fine. You should know that you never install a cracked game while online. Use some common sense. EA has probably recorded the IP address you tried to register a pirated copy of the game from.

When it gets to the EA download manager installation, continue and then cancel. This is the only bit that requires you to be online and you don't need or want it anyway. After that the game installation should continue and finish.

Don't attempt to install any updates or patchs as this will prevent the crack from working. I did install update 2 (the game is full of bugs) and the game stopped working, had to re-install and the EA download manager bit caught me out despite the fact I had already worked it out a week before.

thanks for your advice...i followed ur instructions exactly and everything went smoothly, installation was complete and i started the game, but once i start a new game the game crashes :S

Actually, the game doesn't stop crashing!!! Once you get the game running remember to keep saving all the time and set the autosave to a week or less.

The only thing I needed to do (as with many games that have been released in the last couple of months) was to install the latest version of direct X 9. But I am using a rock solid custom install of XP SP2 and if you are using anything newer, you are on your own.

If you want me to make an educated guess as to why you are having problems, you would need to supply more information about your system hardware and software.

I researched a number of annoying gameplay type bugs on FIFA Manager 10 forums and discovered that many gamers are experiencing many bugs that crash the game for many reasons. Without updates and patches, it could be difficult to get the game to work right, although I have managed this despite a few random crashes and countless gameplay bugs. But EA announced that the updates are pretty much only for the online game client, which doesn't help all the poor suckers that just want a reasonable football manager game rather than an online multiplayer experience.
