|  Re: Alone in the Dark 4 I was also getting crc errors trying to extract many files.. tried many repair tools & programs, including latest winrar. even "keeping broken files" didnt work - the files were extracted but were corrupt. then i found a FUNKY program called 7-zip: Download Here it extracted the files with NO PROBLEMS!!! this proved that the source files were fine all along. try 7-zip - its free, compresses better and fixes problems that winrar itself cant fix! i'm converted. i wonder how many people deleted "corrupt" rar files that were actually OK? scary.... if you still have problem then i will upload it again.

| Re: Alone in the Dark 4 Well....i tried the 7-Zip extractor ...still no cigar ... now it completely extracts it but it says that the Mdf file is broken and it wont open with deamon tools either *Sighs* guess i wont be able to play the game today after all .... oh well onto the next download  |
