|  Poker Mega Thread My Poker Video Collection - Will Update Regularly Face the Ace - Updated Weekly Face The Ace is the newest ‘game show’ / ‘poker show’ to join NBC’s fall line up. ‘Face The Ace‘ features top poker pros squaring off against Average Joes in a sequence of three heads-up poker match ups. Each poker match is played for a larger and larger prize. Contestants can win $1 million if they can win all three poker matches in a row.  
The Poker Star - Updated Weekly The Poker Star is an Australian reality game show broadcast on One from September 26, 2009. It is created and hosted by former World Series of Poker Champion Joe Hachem, who will also act as judge and mentor to the contestants. New Zealand poker champion Lee Nelson will also appear as a judge. The series is sponsored by PokerStars. The show pits eleven amateur poker players against each other in a series of challenges that tests the principles of "Joe's Code", rules that Hachem believes are beneficial for success in life and for being a successful poker player. Players compete for $100,000 in cash and entry to four of the world's biggest poker tournaments, with Hachem continuing to join them as their personal mentor.  
World Poker Tour The World Poker Tour (WPT) is a series of international poker tournaments featuring most of the world's professional players. It was started in the United States by attorney/television producer Steven Lipscomb, who now serves as CEO of WPT Enterprises (WPTE), the firm that controls the World Poker Tour. In 2008, the WPT started offering bracelets to its event champions. Players who won a title prior to the release of the bracelet, were given one retroactively.

| Re: Poker Mega Thread PokerStars.net Million Dollar Challenge - Season 1 Contestants will battle it out heads-up against three different challengers (one after another) in a series of No Limit Texas Hold’em heads-up matches. Each heads-up battle is a ‘best of three’ situation. PokerStars.net Pro Daniel Negreanu will be on hand to coach and assist all the way through each of the first two stages (the contestant must win each stage against a challenger to progress). However, if the contestant progresses to the 3rd round they will then play AGAINST Daniel – who now becomes your adversary. The contestant must beat Daniel in a ‘best of three’ heads-up game of poker. If successful, they will win a seat at the final table on the 5th and final show, where they will play against the three other winners for the $1,000,000 prize. Season 1 Episode 1

| Full Tilt Poker's Learn From The Pros Full Tilt Poker's Learn From The Pros A 26 episode instructional poker series spomsored by Full Tilt Poker. Created in the hopes of teaching the mainstream how to play poker in just one half hour, "Learn From The Pros" will be hosted by Chris Rose from the FSN's "Best Damn Sports Show Period" and Full Tilt Poker's very own pro player Howard Lederer. Each episode will reportedly involve Team Full Tilt members analyzing and explaining one specific Texas Hold'em strategy. Featured members will include Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, Erik Seidel, Phil Ivey, John Juanda, Erick Lindgren, Jennifer Harman, and Clonie Gowen. In addition, Daniel Negreanu, Annie Duke and Gus Hansen are expected to make guest appearances. The show will see the pros sitting in on roundtable discussions covering a variety of poker topics and telling personal stories. Topics covered will include going all-in, chip tricks, beginner's blunders, and a poker pop quiz. Episode 1 -The All-in

The television show and the broadcasts of the World Series of Poker have led to a boom in the table game across American homes, in local casino poker rooms and online. The key sponsors of the tour are casinos and online poker sites. The show, which is syndicated internationally, is co-hosted by World Series of Poker bracelet winner Mike Sexton, and actor Vince Van Patten. Shana Hiatt served as the show host and sideline reporter in its first three seasons. Courtney Friel took over the host role for the fourth season, and Sabina Gadecki for the fifth. Layla Kayleigh and Kimberly Lansing began serving as hostesses in season six. Poker player and reporter Amanda Leatherman was the hostess for season seven.
