• All Posts / Uploads must be legitimate quality new Posts / Uploads only, (No Repeat Posts / Uploads by you (Admin / Staff will monitor this).

• The Post / Upload must meet the Quality Requirements (You can put eSoft.in in file name Examples: google.earth.4.7.esoft.in.rar) for more info See Uploader requirements here.

• New Posts / Uploads Must Qualify According to eSoft.in Downloads General & Posting & Creating Threads Rules...You Can also Read How to Post a New Thread.

• Also, in addition to qualify for this Contest, each Post / Upload must be at least 5 MB and compressed with winrar or zip format in order to qualify...and also include a .html file, (Attached in this thread) , targeting to eSoft.in Downloads. (The eSoft.in Admin / Staff will Monitor All Posts / Uploads for Rules Compliance...Posts not Complying with Posting / Uploading Rules Will be Disallowed by the eSoft.in Admin/Staff ).

• New Posts / Uploads Must Maintain Good working Links to Any File Hosting Site (Rapidshare, Megaupload, Easy-Share, Uploaded.to, Uploading.com& FileFactory) or You can use MirrorCreator.com This site basically uploads your files to upto 12 hosting sites in just one click.

• New Posts must not be SPAM or ADVERTISING of Any Sort!!! ( eSoft.in Admin / Staff will Monitor).

*IMPORTANT : Any Spam/Advertising of any sort, or the usage of Hidden Passwords, Misdirecting Links, or Rapidshare "Phishing' in Any Post is Expressly Prohibited, And shall Disqualify the Contestant from Any Prize, and may lead to Penalty, up to and including being banned on the eSoft.in website!

CONTEST RULES, REGULATIONS & CONDITIONS:

CONTESTS DESCRIPTION: The eSoft.in Downloads website is conducting an ongoing promotional Contest, and its Timing, Nature, Scope or Prizes shall be Subject to and Governed by these Official Rules. By participating in an eSoft.in Downloads Contest, each Entrant Accepts and Agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the Decisions of eSoft.in Downloads, which shall be final and Binding in all Respects.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be a Registered eSoft.in Downloads member in good standing (No Bans/Infractions) to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER: As an Existing Registered Member of the eSoft.in Downloads in good standing, You are already eligible and automatically entered for the contest.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Contest winners will be announced and posted on the eSoft.in Downloads Winners Zone (Not Created Yet). All Contestants qualifying statistics will be available and posted on the eSoft.in Downloads Forum during the course of the Contest. All qualifying Winners of the Contest will be promptly notified by eSoft.in Downloads and will make all reasonable efforts to contact all winners. All Winners must reply to any eSoft.in Downloads Notification of Winning Prize within 30 (thirty) days to claim their prize. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified. eSoft.in Downloads shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason.
